Executive Chef Ace French, a veteran of over 30 years in the culinary arts, is originally from Atlantic Beach, FL near Jacksonville. He is married to Karan, who is also a veteran of the business.
Ace has been the Executive Chef at Cape Cod landmarks such as The Old Yarmouth Inn and Patio American Grill in Provincetown, and recently Gannon’s Tavern. His resume also includes owning and operating Two Dudes Eatery & Market in Atlantic Beach and corporate settings such as Compass Group and Marriot.
Ace is a graduate of both Johnson & Wales University and Cordon Bleu. He holds degrees from both universities.
Ace brings a fresh vision to that features a fusion of New England styles and Southern flair that creates vibrant and exciting dishes sure to “WOW!”
Extremely passionate about food, Ace brings that excitement, pride and attention to detail to every dish. He is fond of telling his staff, “Every dish that comes from the kitchen, whomever prepared it, should be willing to deliver it to the guest and proudly say, I made this for you…”
